		<description>It may be possible.  In females, the uterus takes up about a 1/3rd to 1/4 of the lower pelvis other than the bladder and the intenstines.  Removing what isn&#039;t necessary (the uterus, if you&#039;re done having children) will give more room for the other 2.  You could always seek a 2nd opinion.</description>
