I have this video and it is wonderful. When I first found out about prolapse I had so many questions. This video answers those questions. How to exercise safely, how to lift heavy loads (like a toddler), how to stabilize and even reverse symptoms of prolapse. I highly recommend this video to my girlfriends….

I have it too, and I learned a lot from it. There is also a book she has written, called Saving the Wholewoman, which is more comprensive, but lacks the advantages of being shown something in a video format. So this video complements the book too. I would have had surgical repairs 5 years ago if it wasn’t for this knowldegeable woman. Now I don’t need it.

I have this dvd and it is absolutely amazing. Thanks to this wonderful woman who is of service to all of us out there with this issue, I now know that you can live well with this condition and even thrive. The information here is not only valuable, but vital for every woman, as we reclaim our health. Her video, her book and her information has changed my life.

How can you tell people how fantastic something is – Just read the wholewoman website and you will find out how many women are living now – And not having surgeries after surgeries. I urge all women with prolapse to consider Christine’s pioneering work before committing to surgery, which is invasive and risky and usually entails further surgery. At the very least, you’ll learn how to manage symptoms and feel comfortable enough to lead a normal life. At best, you’ll get some reversal. Plus loads of emotional and practical support from the website.

Christine’s work is groundbreaking and amazing–and has changed the lives of countless women who are living well with prolapses without risking surgery. The DVD is a wonderful companion to the book, and a great workout for the whole body. Ever woman should see this, but in particular anyone contemplating surgery for prolapses.

Christine’s work is a lifesaver for me.
It is a must see for every prolapsed woman before comitting to surgery and a must see for every female to prevent pelvic organ prolapse!

This has piqued my interest and makes me want to read her book as I believe I have some type of prolapse and am waiting to see what the doctor will tell me. Thanks for providing women with other options.

this seems more like the “do nothing” option I was told those excate same things by a dr. I did pt and my rectocele is still very much there
