		<description>You need to discuss your concerns and/or fears with the anesthesiologist so that you can both agree on the best way to do your surgery.  Personally I would want to be asleep but the epidural or spinal should provide enough numbing so that surgery can be done.  If they work for a cesarean birth, why not any other female surgery.</description>
